Barreworke

A workout designed to tone, trim, and transform the body. A blend of dynamic movement, calorie-blasting cardio, and ballet inspired moves at the barre, Barreworke will definitely work those trouble zones such as the hips, thighs, glutes, and core. Verbal, physical, and hands-on adjustments are offered throughout class to insure proper form and class effectiveness.

Barreworke Hustle

Our classic Barreworke class that focuses on finding the tiny muscles you didn’t even know you had and igniting them to create a long, lean muscular appearance throughout all your problem areas, including arms, belly, and thighs. Additionally, this quick workout will fire up your metabolism and heart rate with bursts of cardio kickboxing combinations and a sprinkle of heavier weight training - the best of all worlds in just 40-minutes! BARRE BELLES

The North Shore's FIRST strength training/barre fusion class. 45-minutes of muscle group focused kettlebell sets, followed by respective lengthening and toning at the barre! The ideal combination for fat burning and targeted body firming! Verbal, physical, and hands-on adjustments are offered throughout class to insure proper form and class effectiveness.
