Studio Poise Intensity Interval Training brings a whole new variety to your workout program! It's so important to switch things up, challenge your body, and challenge your mind when it comes to training and seeing results!
SPiit will rapidly increase your heart rate with appropriate yet short bursts of recovery designed to burn fat and increase your your caloric burn throughout the day. We will utilize body weight, 5lb, 8lb, or 10lb dumbbells, exercise balls and more to keep the class fun, challenging and effective! Burn fat, build muscle and have FUN in SPiit! Verbal, physical, and hands-on adjustments are offered throughout class to insure proper form and class effectiveness.

ALL fitness levels are welcome!

BARRE BELLES

The North Shore's FIRST strength training/barre fusion class45-minutes of muscle group focused kettlebell sets, followed by respective lengthening and toning at the barre! BOOTY BY BRADLEY

A class like no other! It's the largest muscle group in your body, so why not dedicate an entire hour of your life to it? Booty By Bradley will focus some serious attention on the booty to make sure it is lifted, rounded, tightened, and toned like never before! A fusion of cardio, weights, barre, and matte - a workout fit for Kim Kardashian herself! Booty done right. Verbal, physical, and hands-on adjustments are offered throughout class to insure proper form and class effectiveness.

POISE*N KICK

Poise*N Kick uses the Poise Method Signature Format kicked up a bit (literally)! This is a challenging, athletic style workout for all levels. Through cardio kickboxing drills and combinations (with a poise twist) you'll improve your cardio stamina and total body strength. Expect to leave class feeling strong, accomplished, and ready to take on anything that comes your way.

Piloxing

PILOXING uniquely mixes Pilates and boxing moves into a fat torching, muscle sculpting, core-centric interval workout, guaranteed to whip you into shape, using a class format that’s both fun and challenging. In addition to Pilates and boxing movements, the exercise incorporates the use of weighted gloves (Sold at Studio Poise) which add to the workout by toning the arms and maximizing cardiovascular health.

Piloxing BARRE

PILOXING Barre is an exciting new fitness 'Barre' workout, utilizing the same fundamental disciplines (Pilates, Boxing and Dance) from the already world-renowned fitness craze, PILOXING.

A complementary program to PILOXING, PILOXING Barre is a comprehensive, well-rounded workout that is low-impact, yet intensity building. This new program creates full body awareness utilizing a Ballet Barre for the entire class, both standing and grounded.

Think of the Barre not just as another tool, but as a support to create external resistance and initiate more muscle engagement. The Barre will aid you to achieve body balance, and give you more concentrated toning, allowing you to take your muscles deeper into each exercise, through a more complete and dynamic range of motion.

TRX Fusion

 

Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete exercises.

The Studio Poise rendition of TRX fuses the suspension trainer with some of our other proven full-body exercises that will include the use of the barre, kettle bells, weights, bands, and more! Verbal, Physical, and hands-on adjustments will be offered to insure proper technique, form, efficiency, and reduce injury risk.
