Our Studio's Signature class. A fusion of pilates, dance training, light weight, isometric, and athletic conditioning that encourages grace and athleticism to transform your entire body while building confidence, posture, and poise. This matte based class is so effective, we named the whole studio after it! Verbal, physical, and hands-on adjustments are offered throughout class to insure proper form and class effectiveness.

Poise Fusion

Our signature Poise Class with a fusion of Barreworke designed to tone, trim, and transform the body targeting those trouble zones such as the hips, thighs, glutes, and core. Verbal, physical, and hands-on adjustments are offered throughout class to insure proper form and class effectiveness.

POISED & HOT BODIES

A full body strength, toning, and conditioning class in a heated room! This class will surely begin to transform your body in an entirely new way than ever before! Warming everything up to burn MORE calories, MORE sweat, reach deeper release when stretching, and detox your body while releasing toxins to improve your overall mood and physique! Class will utilize the ballet barre, matte, light-weights, resistance bands and yoga blocks. Verbal, physical, and hands-on adjustments are offered throughout class to insure proper form and class effectiveness.

MatteWORKE

A workout designed to tone, trim, and transform the body and increase it’s metabolic rate. A blend of dynamic movement, calorie-blasting heavy weight exercises and isometric holds on your matte. Matteworke will target the areas that we long to alter: arms, thighs, glutes, and core.

Verbal, physical, and hands-on adjustments are offered throughout class to insure proper form and class effectiveness.

POISE FIRE

The hottest spin on our studio signature class. This class utilizes the principles of the Poise Method to give you a full body, low impact, high intensity workout that combines interval training with toning, lengthening, and isometric working recovery segments in a heated room. You will focus on developing core strength and muscle tone while scorching calories, heating your muscles to increase flexibility and burning off all your inner toxins to clear out your body and mind. This class is FIRE! (Think Poise meets Poised & HOT Bodies, meets SPiit)

Barreworke

A workout designed to tone, trim, and transform the body. A blend of dynamic movement, calorie-blasting cardio, and ballet inspired moves at the barre, Barreworke will definitely work those trouble zones such as the hips, thighs, glutes, and core. Verbal, physical, and hands-on adjustments are offered throughout class to insure proper form and class effectiveness.
