This Poised & Ready Bride package is offered to Brides and their wedding party (including mothers of the bride/groom) roughly 3 months prior to the wedding date.  $125/ month

• 4 classes per week for 3 months leading up to wedding (max. 16/month)
• Available to Bride, Bridal Party, and Mothers of Bride and Groom (MUST INCLUDE BRIDE)
• Must be 3 consecutive months
• Auto-debit each month OR paid in full
• Before/After pics (if requested)
• Measurement check-ins (if requested)
• Customized workout and nutritional guidance (if requested)
