BOX & FLOW

Box & Flow combines cardio kickboxing and Vinyasa flow into a class that will leave you feeling strong, powerful, and rejuvenated. Warm up with kickboxing combos and drills then slow down by working with breath and movement to reset and energize for the day ahead!! ALL LEVELS WELCOME!

HIP-HOP FLOW

When people move and listen to hip-hop, they are happy - this is meditation. Hip-Hop Flow is an invigorating vinyasa flow style class set to classic and popular hip-hop and dance hits. We will coordinate movement with breath as we flow from one pose to the next, and igniting energy through the self. Music will be bumpin', get ready to move!

ALL LEVELS WELCOME!

Verbal, physical, and hands-on adjustments are offered throughout class to insure proper form and class effectiveness.

POISE GENTLE FLOW

Pace not too fast, not too slow. Refreshing inhale, cleansing exhale. Eliminate what is not serving you and create space for what does. This class is JUST RIGHT. 

Set in a lightly heated room, you will be guided through a slow-paced, gentle practice where we focus on linking conscious breath with mindful movement, careful alignment and stretching. Not lazy, but with a thoughtful and grounding mindset, you settle your nervous system and open your muscles. You will be guided through postures in a Vinyasa Flow Yoga style, beginning with the basic poses, but allowing for more challenging poses if you see fit.

POISED & RELAXED

Reset your body and mind after a week of hard work. Start off using props (provided by SP) to massage and release any stiff or tight muscles as a result of overuse. After some ball rolling therapy, prepare to soften into a few relaxing and restorative yoga postures. You will leave feeling renewed and reset (physically and mentally) to take on your week ahead. Verbal, physical, and hands-on adjustments are offered throughout class to insure proper form and class effectiveness.

POISED & HOT BODIES

A full body strength, toning, and conditioning class in a heated room! This class will surely begin to transform your body in an entirely new way than ever before! Warming everything up to burn MORE calories, MORE sweat, reach deeper release when stretching, and detox your body while releasing toxins to improve your overall mood and physique! Class will utilize the ballet barre, matte, light-weights, resistance bands and yoga blocks. Verbal, physical, and hands-on adjustments are offered throughout class to insure proper form and class effectiveness.

Poise Stretch & Tone

Our signature class with a touch of om. A fusion of pilates, dance, light weight training, isometrics and conditioning, and the powerful flow of vinyasa yoga tha that will transform your entire mind, body, and soul. This stretch and tone version of POISE will unify the mind, body, and spirit as the poise movement series are connected with powerful traditional yoga poses, binds, and stretches. Verbal, physical, and hands-on adjustments are offered throughout class to insure proper form and class effectiveness.
