Starting this week, you may have noticed a new addition to the Studio Poise schedule - Poise Punch debuted and we're so excited for you to give it a try! This class is very different from what you might be used to from our studio, so we grabbed Danielle for a quick Q&A about this new offering. Introducing SPiit!

Have you heard the buzz around Studio Poise about our newest class addition? SPiit makes its debut tomorrow and we are so excited for PoiseNation to give it a try! Wondering what you're in for? 

SPiit takes the tried and true Poise Method and integrates HIIT principles - High Intensity Interval Training. This method involves short, intense bursts of activity, followed by a less intense recovery interval. The result? Thanks to the technique's ability to get your heart rate going, you'll see increased fat burning in shorter amounts of time - and you'll keep that burn going even after you've left the studio. The so-called "afterburn" experienced with HIIT classes means your body continues to work through your recovery - for as long as 24 hours after the class! 

Translation? If you're crunched for time, SPiit is your best bet - it delivers serious impact in less time! 

SPiit follows the traditional Poise cycle. You'll work through abs, legs, planks & push ups, glutes and arms -- no body part left behind. The goal of this type of interval training is to burn fat without reducing muscle mass, so we'll be using heavier weights for some exercises - 5, 8, and 10 pound dumbbell options will be available. 

Janie Soehl of Mind Body Soehl Fitness worked with Danielle to develop this new addition to our schedule, and she'll be teaching her first classes this week! You can try SPiit on Tuesdays at 5:15pm and Wednesdays at 5:30am with Janie. You can also take the class with Erica on Thursdays at 7pm, and watch for more additions with the rest of our fabulous intructress team in the coming weeks!

Having trouble finding the package? We got some feedback that the promotion was a little hard to track down. 

If you are on the website version of our schedule, click on "Online Store," then on "Contracts/Packages." The "We Dance As One" series is the final item in the drop down menu next to "Select your Monthly Auto-Pay" option.

If you are accessing the online store from your app, select the navigation menu from the top left corner of your screen, then select "Buy Services." The "We Dance As One" series is the fourth item listed under "Any Class Passes."
