Studio Happenings Jan 9-15

Talk about dedication - we were so impressed with the turnout at the studio this weekend despite the storm! Whether you joined us for class or got your workout in shoveling snow, we hope everyone found some time to enjoy our first big blast of winter. Read on for our updates for the coming week, including news for the MLK day weekend schedule.

Baby Bradley 2.0: Planning for Substitutions

As many of you may already know, Danielle Bradley is expecting her second son later this winter! She's officially past the 7 month mark, so in the coming weeks, her scheduled classes will begin to be updated with her maternity coverage. We'll announce the schedule changes as the plans solidify, but there may also be last minute substitutions based on how Danielle is feeling - we appreciate your understanding as we work to make sure that both the Boss Lady and the Boss Baby are feeling healthy and strong! 

Welcome our Winter 2017 6W2C members!

The Winter 2017 6W2C session kicked off on Saturday, and we've got a great group of women committing to changing their workouts and nutrition habits. If you see them around the studio or meet them in class, please show them your support! Share your own experiences from the program if you're a 6W2C veteran, or offer tips on your favorite classes - we know they'll appreciate the help from the studio veterans. Besides, isn't it always fun to share a little sparkle with your #poisenation peers?

New Monday schedule launches TONIGHT, January 9

You know what they say - never miss a Monday, and you'll start your week off on the right foot. With our two new Monday schedule additions, you've got extra incentive to get to the studio tonight:

5pm: Poise Stretch & Tone Xpress with StephThis is one of our original studio classes and we're thrilled to see it back on the schedule! Get all the toning benefits of our signature Poise method classes with some added stretching to help counter the work you're putting in. This is a great class to add into your routine to help keep your body strong and healthy, especially if you're ramping up your attendance to try to hit some New Years Resolution goals!

5:45pm: Poise Fire with Brittany This class is a new addition to our class roster, and it's a fantastic way to kick it up a notch. Poise Fire takes our signature Poise Method and adds intensity - we turn up the heat both literally and figuratively! The heated room will banish any chill you might carry in from outside, and Brittany incorporates new equipment, including weighted balls and pilates rings, to take your strength to the next level. 

Holiday Schedule: Poise*N Kick added for MLK Day!

Got Martin Luther King Day off from work and want to get in your workout? Chrissy will be teaching Poise*N Kick at 8am Monday morning so you can get your workout in and still enjoy your day off. Please note, childcare will not be available for this class. Our regular Monday schedule will still be running, this class is just an added bonus!
