Ch-ch-ch-changes are on their way for Studio Poise! With the Boss Lady heading into the home stretch, awaiting the arrival of Baby B 2.0, we've got some changes to the schedule to announce, so read on to see who'll be covering your favorite D.Ro classes. We know change is hard, so we're hoping that the roll out of new Poisewear and a special pop up class will help to ease the transition. Read on for all the news!

Join us in getting cozy in one of our very simple, classic looks! Available in-studio in limited quantities, so if you see something you like, make sure to snag it early!

Join Danielle Thursdays at 5:30pm for Poised & Preggo! If you are pre- or post-natal, come get a gentle, preggo-friendly workout in. Learn modifications to keep you and baby safe, and meet ladies in the same boat as you!

Has January felt like a roller coaster for anyone else? You're getting after your New Years Resolutions, trying to get back into a routine after the holidays, and on top of all of that, we live in New England and the weather seems to be settled into a never ending cycle of cold, gray, drizzly mess. We've got just the thing to help you set aside the winter doldrums! With Poised & Relaxed, reset your body and mind after a week of hard work. Start off using props (provided by SP) to massage and release any stiff or tight muscles as a result of overuse. After some ball rolling therapy, prepare to soften into a few relaxing and restorative yoga postures. You will leave feeling renewed and reset (physically and mentally) to take on your week ahead. Verbal, physical, and hands-on adjustments are offered throughout class to insure proper form and class effectiveness.
No footwear required. Please bring your own yoga mat!
