Spring It On! challenge update
Congratulations to our challengers! We're now wrapping up our first week of competition. Unfortunately, after Week 1 we had to say goodbye to the team featuring Jenna Bos, Kelly Christianson, and Sara Steinberg. Thanks for joining in the challenge, ladies, and better luck next year! That leaves six teams in fierce competition for the bragging rights at the end of the month - who will win it all?! Stay tuned for more updates and make sure to give some encouragement to our challengers when you see them around SP!

Time is running out to register for our Spring 2016 6 Weeks to Chic session! This is our signature program combining nutrition, fitness, and community support, and the results speak for themselves. Patriots Day / Marathon Monday schedule changes
Monday, April 18, we'll have a few schedule changes at SP. Diana will be covering Erica's 9:30am class. While Erica's out chasing down the finish line, give Diana's new Box & Flow class a try - it's a dynamic combo of cardio boxing & vinyasa flow! Danielle's 5:30pm barrework class will also be cancelled that day. All other classes are running as scheduled!
