We're right in the heart of March Madness! This past week of adjusting to Daylight Savings Time has been tricky, but hopefully you're back on track and ready to get back to it. Bikini season will be here before we know it!
Schedule Change: Wednesday Morning Box & Flow
Beginning this week, Wednesday 3/23, Diana's 6:15am class will switch to Box & Flow. This new addition to our schedule will incorporate 20 minutes of boxing and kickboxing, followed by 20 minutes of vinyasa flow. Get your cardio on before centering yourself so you can go forth and seize the day!
Thursday Poised & Preggo: Special Yoga Edition
The Thursday, 3/24 Poised & Preggo class will be a special yoga edition! This gentle flow is designed especially for our expecting mamas. Relax and unwind with us! Please bring your own mat for this class.

Got a stressed out guy in your life? Maybe his bracket is busted after a rough first round of March Madness and he needs to unwind? Our men's yoga can help with that! Tuesday nights from 7:40-8:40pm, Danielle teaches a free men's yoga class. Bring your own mat and join us for this great power flow!
