Grab your drumsticks - Pound is back!
We heard you loud and clear, loyal Pound fans, and we're so excited to have Pound back on our schedule this week. Stephanie (Tuesday @ 6:30pm) and Kelsey (Thursday @ 5:45pm) will be bringing the ripsticks back to Studio Poise.
If you're a loyal Pound fan, good news - it's still the same killer workout, just with new songs and choreography to mix things up! If you've never taken Pound, you can expect a total body cardio workout. Weighted drumsticks sculpt your muscles while rocking choreography gets your heart rate going. Modifications are available for first time Pounders - we can't want to see you on the mat!
Coming soon: Special Pop Up Classes
We love each and every class on our schedule, but we also know that sometimes you need a little something special to mix things up. That's why we're introducing our special Pop Up Classes! Beginning in March, we'll be offering special one-time-only classes to mix things up. These might be extended classes mixing together a few of our favorite workouts, or it might be an existing class with a special themed playlist. These classes will be announced here on the blog, so check back every week to find out what's happening!
